How can I apply for vendor space? 

Vendor spaces are sold out.

Who is considered a small business?

​A small business is a for-profit company that is independently-owned and operated, with less than 25 employees.

What is the early bird pricing for vendor booths?

Early bird rates ended June 30, 2021.  

How much are vendor spaces after early bird pricing ends?

Beginning August 16, 2021, vendor space pricing is (subject to change):​

  • Small Business $100 -  

  • Non-Profit (must have 501c3) $95 

  • Food Sampling $110 

  • Corporate $350

No additional vendors will be accepted after September 1, 2021.

 

How is vendor space assigned?

Please note: Two different businesses may NOT share the same booth.

Vendor space is assigned by the SSIS Team based on the application date and final payment. If full payment is not received by vendor payment due date, your booth space reservation will not be guaranteed.

As a vendor, what do I receive? 

  • 8’x8’ Space

  • 6ft Table

  • 2 Chairs

  • Wastebasket

  • 2 Exhibitor Badges

  • ID sign

  • Corporate Name/Business Listing in SSIS Welcome Book

 

Is electricity and Wi-Fi available?

 Electricity is available, at a minimal cost. Wi-Fi is not.

 

Do I need insurance?

You do not need insurance, but we highly suggest it. You are fully responsible for any damage you may cause to the venue.​
